New BOSE loudspeaker system installed requiring appraisal of supporting structure, works carried out included design of supporting steel structure and connections, calculations and relevant fabrication drawings.

Building Features: Originally the London headquarters of the Oddfellows Society, this £3M+ project posed its own particular problems with the client requirements creating the necessity of virtually removing the entire inside of the structure and constructing a complete new layout for commercial and residential purposes, project also required scaffolding design for general purpose access all round, with temporary roof over and a dead shore inside.

Completed in August of 2008

All elements of this unusually shaped beautiful seafront property were designed using a combination of hand calculations and computer analysis.
